The complex has a gym with jacuzzis, sauna and paddle court and the apartment is directly on the Mediterannean beach.
Within walking distance you will find every kind of water sport, whether you like to participate or just watch you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing or try a boat trip, there are lots to choose from. Playa Chica of Mar Menor is just across the road within 100 meter distance. Playa Chica with its own beach bar ,The bar serves lovely food and icecreams at very cheap prices, just a perfect place to sit relaxing with a glass of wine or jug of beer and watch the action on the waters of the Mar Menor during the day or in the evenings,

During the summer months you will find lots of activities you would expect to find in any busy holiday resort. The other months of the year you will find is much quieter. But La Manga is always wonderful whatever the Season.
There are several bars and restaurants in this area as well as a supermarket and bakery, which makes fabulous croissants.The local bus which runs up and down the strip on the hour and is in easy access to the Tomas Maestre Marina with its many bars restaurants and fashion boutiques. It is an ideal location for a beach or water sports loving family or for a romantic couple who enjoy walking on the beach, dining on the beach while the sun goes down

What is the 'Mar Menor' ?
The Mar Menor (or 'small sea') located on the Costa Calida, is the largest natural saltwater lagoon in Europe and waters sustain temperatures of approximately 17 degrees centigrade average per year. It is a unique spot offering clean water with peaceful, tide- free bathing on pleasant shores, whatever the time of year.
The Mar Menor was created a little over 1000 years ago. Originally a safe little bay, offering shelter for
even large ships, it became a natural lagoon when sediments from the sea built up on a small underwater mountain range and closed off the inlet with a sandbar. On its Western side is mainland Spain , and on its Eastern side is La Manga de Mar Menor, a strip of land,
(The La Manga Strip) only 22 kilometers (14 miles) long called La Manga del Mar Menor.
