The beaches at La Manga are simply outstanding beauty. The La Manga area is host to many beaches of wonderful warm clear waters including the Mar Menor, Europes largest lagoon. Due to the Mar Menor lagoon being so shallow at a depth of only 7 metres at its deepest point, it means during the summer the water becomes very warm. Swimming during the evenings is a possibility and with miles of sandy beaches that are mostly blue flag, there’s enough room for everyone

The Mar Menor Great For Family Holidays
Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35C maximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.

This stretch of coastline runs from San Pedro del Pinatar, at the northern end of the Mar Menor to south of Puerto de Mazarron.
